Adult Jiu Jitsu
Our fun classes welcome beginners seeking a fresh fitness challenge, weight loss, strength, stress reduction, cardio endurance, improving flexibility, and mobility. In addition, you will gain self-confidence and real-world self-defense skills that actually work. We have a proven process that will absolutely deliver results, we boast numerous life changing stories, body transformations, and championship wins, including an World Championship, something that other gyms aspire to.
We offer both Gi and NoGi Jiu-Jitsu.
In Gi, you’ll wear a cotton gi (Kimono) – a durable jacket with a thick collar, drawstring pants, and a rank-denoted belt. Both practitioners wear their kimonos, allowing grips and techniques that lead to control or submission.
In No Gi, you’ll wear a “rashguard” top, plus a pair of shorts. In No Gi, none of the clothing “handles” exist, so instead of using clothing to help control and submit your opponent, you’ll use body mechanics and techniques to prevail.

Cardio Kick Boxing

Youth Jiu Jitsu
Our youth Jiu Jitsu classes are perfect for parents seeking a healthy environment for their children to learn Jiu-Jitsu. For children experiencing hyperactivity, Jiu-Jitsu works wonders in developing their ability to focus.
